Activity Reporting
VOXCOM can monitor who arms and disarms your security system and when they do it, and report back to you in a variety of methods. Your system can log all commands to arm and disarm your system according to an individual's passcode. If our Emergency Response Operators observe that your security system is armed or disarmed outside of the specified hours, they will alert you immediately by phone. For example, you can find out if an employee disarms the system late or arms it too early.
You Can Choose to Monitor Your System Activity in One or Both of the Following Ways:
SUPERVISED ACCOUNTS
- When your system is armed or disarmed outside of the hours specified by you, the Emergency Response Centre will call you to inform you that this activity has taken place.
SIGNAL LOGGING AND REPORTING
- Reports of all signal activity at your premises can be sent to you weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly by email, fax, or mail. Signals can be grouped according to personal user codes so you can monitor the activity of each of your security system users.
