Additional Details:

LSP covers the cost³ of all parts and labour when your security system requires service under normal operating conditions, due to normal wear and tear.
To ensure that VOXCOM’s equipment and installation standards have been met, only eligible devices installed or inspected by a VOXCOM service technician or VOXCOM Authorized Dealer are included in LSP program.
VOXCOM may use new or reconditioned used parts at the time of replacement and retain any parts removed from the system.

LSP Covers:
System control panel, keypads and security key fobs, door and window contacts, glassbreak and motion sensors, smoke detectors, flood and sump pump sensors, temperature sensors, panic buttons and ResponseNet Wireless Equipment.

LSP Does Not Cover:
Carbon monoxide detectors, battery replacement in wireless devices, back-up battery replacement, damage resulting from vandalism, neglect, acts of nature, renovations, fire panels, cameras and DVR systems, card access systems and system upgrades.

For residential customers, LSP also includes our home protection guarantee. VOXCOM will make a goodwill reimbursement towards your insurance deductible to a maximum of $1000 per claim⁴ due to:

Burglary: if your system is armed and monitored
Fire: if you have a monitored smoke or high temperature sensor
