Private Guard Response
When VOXCOM's Emergency Response Centre receives an emergency signal and there is no answer at your home, we can offer you double protection. We can alert our Private Guard Response*, uniformed guards in radio-dispatched marked patrol cars, who will respond quickly and assess the situation. They will perform a perimeter check of your home and, if there is an emergency, they will immediately contact the authorities and stand by until they arrive.
In most towns and cities across Canada, police have established False Alarm Bylaws to help offset the costs of responding to multiple false alarms at one location. Police do not guarantee a speedy response since many alarms result in a waste of their resources; however, when contacted by a Private Guard, they make it a high priority call because they know it is justified.
