If you decide to change the authorized key holders on your list, please notify VOXCOM immediately to share this new information.

To add, change or remove information about an authorized key holder from your list, contact our Customer Service Centre at 1.800.387.2966 or online through our Account Update Form.

Private Guard Response

When VOXCOM's Emergency Response Centre receives an emergency signal and there is no answer from your premises, we can offer you double protection. We can alert our Private Guard Response - uniformed guards in radio-dispatched marked patrol cars - who will respond quickly on your behalf and assess the situation at your home.
